Md. Kabil Hossain

Chairman, Opulent Assets Ltd.

With over 16 years of business expertise, Mr. Kabil Hossain has built a strong presence in the construction materials and steel building industry. A graduate of the University of Dhaka in Strategic & International Management, he began his journey in 2008 as a trader and contractor. He later founded Green Builders and Innovative Steel Building Ltd. (ISBL), supplying and constructing steel structures nationwide. In 2022, he co-founded Opulent Assets Ltd. to bring his vision and business ethics into the real estate sector.

Md. Arifuzzaman

Managing Director, Opulent Assets Ltd.

Mr. Arifuzzaman holds an MBA in Accounting and Information Systems from Islamic University and brings over 18 years of experience in Bangladesh’s real estate industry. With a proven track record of overseeing more than 50 successful projects across Dhaka—including Uttara, Mirpur, Bashundhara, and Gulshan—he is known for his commitment, integrity, and hands-on leadership. After serving as a Company Secretary in a reputed firm for 8 years, he established Opulent Assets Ltd. in 2023 with the motto: “Commitment to Trust.”

Mrs. Farjana Akter

Director, Opulent Assets Ltd.

With over a decade of experience in infrastructure development, Mrs. Farjana Akter plays a key role in operations and planning. Through her venture “Umama Builders,” she has managed works like sand supply, geo-bag installation, pipeline construction, and real estate development. Her field expertise and strategic insight continue to strengthen the foundation of Opulent Assets Ltd.
